FEELING::

Dear Kevin and Nina,

I just wanted to touch base with you regarding your Purchase and Sale
Agreement. I do have the Agreements ready to be signed pending the
outcome
of your home inspection tomorrow. I have spoken with Kathy ### and she
will
let me know after tomorrows inspection if there is anything else that
should
be added into the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Therefore, we should be
all
set to sign the Agreements on Thursday.

You are welcome to come into my office (see address below) to go over
the
Purchase and Sale Agreement before signing; I am available from 9:30am
through 6:30pm on Thursday or Friday. In the alternative, you can meet
with
Kathy to sign, if that is more convenient for you and I will be
available by
phone if you have any questions. Please give me a call or send me an
email
and let me know how you would like to get the Agreements signed and I
will
have them ready.

Lastly, please feel free to call or email me at any time throughout
your
purchase should you have any questions or concerns.
